Hummer accessory design work in progress

Trail Doors They are starting to take shape. Please excuse the mud on my truck I was headed out to wash it when I found the bad PCB. I hate leaving it that dirty, it just drives me up the wall. Any way you can see the latch installation I had a hard time finding good quality latches but I did find them they work really nice. I am going to put expanded metal inside of the door to give them a not so open look. I was thinking of an X pattern of some type to mimic the Military doors. The seventh picture from the left shows the drivers door almost complete. I  accomplished allot this weekend, over the next week I will not have  much time to spend on this project I have another that demands attention.    Complete

 

Snorkels

Air Scoop It is coming together but, mounted this low it will have to be removed to open the hood. It looks good here but it is going to be mounted just under the roof rack.

H1 Front bumper with built in driving lights. It will also support the desert racer style brush guard and skid plate soon to be....

Role Cage for M998 HMMWV with four man top constructed out of .120 wall 2" tubing with center console support made from 16 gage 1" square tubing will house the CB, power converter, stereo equipment, intercom system and driver and co-driver map lights this is to keep all electronic gear out of the water during deep water fording.  Complete

 

H1 Rocker Panel Protection  These are promising to be as tough as they look. We are building them from 3/16 steel. The plan is to also add a gusset in the front wheel-well to guarantee that it will never bend in or out. If you have seen my rocker panels lately you can understand why I want to build them so strong. The only thing I am pissed about these are not for my truck but for a customer. Mine are soon to come with a couple of slight differences You will have to wait to see.

Slant-back tire carrier This is coming along well. I plan on offering them made from 1.5 inch square 1.5 inch round and 2" round Tubing.  Pictures 1 through 5 show what will be pretty much the stock carrier. All pictures after that will be considered custom work although will not add much to the cost. I was surprised how low I could get the tire without hurting reward vision to much. Complete

 

H2 body guards Our first H2 projects are coming to life. We soon will be offering these in polished or Linex finish. This set was built on a custom order. Give me a call if you would be interested in a set and I can get the ball rolling a little faster. Complete

H2 Front valance I have always hated the plastic up front on the H2 because it limits your options. What you can do with the area and it does not protect the outer area of the lower fender all of this is soon to change.  Complete

H2 Rocker Panel protection 3/16 steel and protruding from the side of the truck to provide plenty of strength and body side protection. Complete short of Powder coating. I admit on this project I drastically under estimated the work involved.  The Hard work has paid off. Complete
